Welcome to Oopsy Loopsy ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

By using Oopsy Loopsy, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please do not use our application.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Oopsy Loopsy is designed to work entirely on your device. The information you provide within the app includes:

• Habit names, descriptions, colors, and icons you create
• Habit completion logs and check-in history
• To-do items, categories, priorities, and due dates
• Reminder times and notification preferences
• App appearance preferences (light/dark mode)

All of this data is stored locally on your device using a local database. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

If you have enabled advertisements within the app, our advertising partners (Google AdMob and Unity Ads) may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device type, operating system, and version
• App usage data and interaction with ads
• App instance identifiers and technical tokens used by Firebase services (analytics, cloud messaging, and remote configuration)

This data is collected by our advertising partners (Google AdMob and Unity Ads) to serve relevant advertisements. We do not have direct access to this data. Please refer to each partner's Privacy Policy for more information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information stored on your device solely to:

• Provide and maintain the core functionality of the app
• Display your habits, tasks, streaks, and statistics
• Send you reminders you have set, and re-engagement notifications if you have not opened the app for an extended period
• Deliver push notifications, announcements, and tips through Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Remember your app preferences such as theme settings

We do not use your personal habit or task data for any commercial purpose, analytics, or advertising targeting.

4. Data Storage and Security

All your habit and task data is stored locally on your device using a secure local database (Room/SQLite). This means:

• Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to export it
• We do not have access to your personal habit or task information
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally stored data
• We recommend enabling device-level security (PIN, fingerprint) to protect your data

While we implement security measures within the app, please be aware that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob

Our app may display advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open ad formats. AdMob uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to our app and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

5.2 Unity Ads

Our app may also display advertisements served by Unity Ads, a mobile advertising service operated by Unity Technologies. Unity Ads may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID), IP address, device information, and app interaction data to serve relevant advertisements. Where required by applicable law (such as GDPR or CCPA), Unity Ads presents affected users with a consent prompt before collecting data for personalized advertising.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:

5.3 Firebase Analytics

Oopsy Loopsy uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the application and to improve the app's functionality and user experience.

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect certain information, including:

• App usage and interaction data
• Automatically collected events such as app launches, sessions, and basic engagement
• Device and app information
• Approximate location information
• App instance identifiers and other technical identifiers

We may log non-personal, aggregated events (for example, which screen or tab was opened, or whether a notification was shown) to understand feature usage. We do not intentionally collect or send your personal habit names, task content, mood entries, descriptions, reminder content, or other personal data to Firebase Analytics. We do not create custom analytics events or custom user properties containing your personal habit, task, or mood information.

Firebase Analytics processes this information to provide aggregated analytics and usage insights. We do not use your personal habit, task, or mood data for analytics or advertising purposes. 5.4 Firebase Cloud Messaging

Oopsy Loopsy uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications, such as reminders and occasional announcements or tips from the developer.

To enable this, FCM generates a unique registration token for your app installation, which Google processes in order to route messages to your device. Every installation is also automatically subscribed to a general messaging topic, which allows us to send broadcast announcements without collecting or storing individual device tokens on our own servers.

This token is not linked to your identity or to your habit, task, or mood data. You can turn push notifications off at any time from your device's notification settings for the app. For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5.5 Firebase Remote Config

We use Firebase Remote Config to adjust certain in-app settings and content (such as feature flags and messaging text) without requiring an app update. To fetch this configuration, an app instance identifier and basic device/context information are sent to Google. Remote Config does not collect your personal habit, task, or mood data. 6. Children’s Privacy

Oopsy Loopsy is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

• Access all your data directly within the app
• Delete individual habits, tasks, or logs within the app
• Delete all app data by uninstalling the application
• Opt out of personalized ads through your device settings
• Turn off push notifications through your device's app notification settings

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights under GDPR. Since we do not collect or process your personal habit data on our servers, most GDPR obligations are fulfilled by the local-only storage model.

8. Data Retention

Your habit and task data is retained on your device for as long as you use the application. Upon uninstalling the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted. We do not retain any copies of your data on our servers.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, displaying a notice within the app.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted.
